4ALL Volunteer Information & Training
4ALL is conducted using an internet phone service called Telzio.
- If you volunteered for 4ALL in a recent year when the event was held virtually or hybrid, you likely already have a Telzio account set up. Please visit telzio.com/login to take calls for 4ALL (reset your username and/or password if forgotten).
- If you do not already have a Telzio account, you will receive an email directly from Telzio that invites you to set up your user account soon after you complete your event registration. If you do not receive an email from Telzio to set up your user account, please reach out to us at [email protected].

- Pro Bono Resource Manual: summary information for areas of law commonly referenced for 4ALL
- 4ALL Resource & Referral Sheet: quick reference for directing callers to additional services and resources
As described in the NC State Bar ethics opinion that can be found here, “when taking calls, the volunteer lawyer must avoid giving individualized legal advice to a caller based upon the caller’s personal disclosure of confidential information …”. The NCBA/F provides malpractice insurance for all volunteers at 4ALL based on providing legal information and resources, not specific advice or representation.
