- Specific Gift – Leaves a gift of a stated sum of money to NCBF in your will or living trust to be used in a manner determined by the NCBF Gift Committee and/or Board of Directors.
- Residual Gift – Distributes the remaining assets of your estate to NCBF after all debts, taxes and expenses have been fully settled.
- Designated Gift – A general, residual or specific gift left for a specified NCBF pro bono or civic education program within the Annual Fund or a gift to the NCBF Endowment for the General Endowment, an established restricted fund or a newly established named fund.
- Contingent Gift – A gift that is given to NCBF only if a specific condition is met. For example, your gift might be contingent upon the survival of your spouse, children or grandchildren.
